Programme Software
The a²om ‘Duty of Care’ programme is based on these core products:
- a²om highway - A fully interactive, online learning environment that develops knowledge and challenges attitudes in relation to driver behaviour. It makes the theory of driving fun, modern and stimulating.
- a²om mind - Designed to accelerate executive brain function development and the key cognitive skills in driving.
- a²om attitude - A set of questions that the doc uses to assess whether your fleet drivers tend to exhibit high-risk driver attitudes and behaviours whilst driving for work.
- Individual psychometric profiles are generated based on the responses to the questions. The profile contains a breakdown which will help drivers reflect on themselves as a driver and what they can do to reduce their risk.
